I think I'm going to do more photography and post it here. I've always loved taking pictures and I even collected antique working cameras in the past. At one point in my life I wanted to be some kind of photojournalist, like the ones who take the pictures for National Geographic. Well now that I have a digital camera it makes it much easier to take and post pictures; so now I can pick up my old hobby again ^^.
I'll be posting pictures now but they won't be modified in any way. I don't have anything like photoshop and I've only played around now and then with the software that was already on my mac. So if there are imperfections, that's just how the picture is unaltered. To be honest I don't know if I would modify them even if I had the software, I try to go on my talent (which is little) on taking the shot alone.
The recent shot that I uploaded comes with its own little story, not really funny but interesting (i think).
I've been driving down this old road as a short-cut to my house for a long time and every time I pass by this run down and abandoned bulldozer. When spring came along new vines grew all over, covering it. For some reason it caught my interest and I decided that I wanted to take some shots of it.
Unfortunately due to school I never had time, until the semester ended. When I was bored out of my skull at home I suddenly remembered that bulldozer and decided to go and take some shots. Well this first time out I found out that I had the wrong memory card for my camera and had to go and fetch another one.
Apparently when I was scoping the subject and taking some shots I got some attention from (guess who)...the cops. I didn't know that the land was a landfill for leftover wood and such. I had not seen a cop on that road for literally about a year, so I was a little surprised when I got pulled over. After he made me produce my camera to show that I was indeed taking pics, he decided to run my license as well. I guess I look like some kind of delinquent T_T. Even after I came out clean he chased me off so I couldn't get more then five pics. *Sigh* now when I want to get more I'm going to get the cops called on me again >_<.
But other than that, I might post those new stories I promised soon ^_~. Oh, and about all of my stories, posted and soon to be posted, all of them are not finished products. Everything that I've posted so far are in the process of either being written or edited. I guess you can say that I post them as a sort of project for myself, to keep editing and perfecting my current work. I want to improve and so I'm constantly working on them and changing stuff around.
Well, till next time (^_-)v

Right now.
